Where Ukraine meets Brooklyn
Anna Skyba grew up in Prilimanske, right next to Odesa learning the art of pastry from her grandmother—techniques passed down through generations, recipes written in flour dust and memory. In 2019, she brought that knowledge to Brooklyn.
Today, with her partner Taras, she crafts each dessert by hand. No shortcuts. No industrial processes. Every torte, every petit four, every macaron is made fresh because that's how it should taste.
